About the Center
Freedom Within is an interdisciplinary and international center for personal growth and self empowerment, founded by Arvick Baghramian . The center was founded ten years ago and is currently based in three countries: Israel, United Kingdom, and Spain, but offers trainings and courses in a variety of techniques and methods all over the world. The activity in Freedom Within is based on four internationally acclaimed therapeutic/spiritual practices:
Although seemingly different, these four practices have one thing in common: they are all self-empowering techniques. Although following a course or workshop, the center offers participants an extended support and practice system, often free of charge, where they may continue their personal healing process long after the course has finished, all of the techniques taught at Freedom Within can also be practiced independently and successfully following a single workshop or course. This way, participants need not remain dependent on a therapist or practitioner for their personal growth, and can effectively help themselves using the tools they have acquired during a workshop.
At Freedom Within, we believe in self empowerment, above all. But we also believe in taking care of people. Reiki open houses, shamanic drumming circles and monthly group breathing held by the center are some of the activities designed to support and help people to stay on their path long after the course they have participated in is finished. What does the Freedom Within Center offer?

All courses are conducted in English with translation to Hebrew, Spanish or any other language, when needed.

Arvick Baghramian
Arvick Baghramian, currently living in Spain, received her degree in Applied Social Studies and social work from the University of Bradford in England. She specialized in the field of child sexual abuse and has worked with traumatized children and adults for the past twenty years, lecturing extensively on the subject and training professionals around the world. Her work with abused children compelled her to explore different therapeutic techniques, leading her to become a Play Therapist, NLP practitioner and Eriksonian Hypnotist, and ultimately led her to Reiki, Conscious Breathing, Shamanism and the Personal Totem Pole process, all of which she has been teaching for the past 10 years.
It was also as a result of her own personal wounding that she came to practice and teach these techniques, which are centered on self-empowerment and personal realization. Healers and spiritual teachers have often been wounded themselves, and have found their own path through the healing of their own personal wounds, becoming teachers that are able in their own turn to inspire others to commit to themselves and reach for a life of joy, love and freedom.
For the past ten years Arvick has been teaching and leading workshops in the UK, USA, Israel, Spain, Poland, New-Zealand and the Scandinavian countries. Her commitment in directing people to achieve their full potential and to discover their true inner selves is a true inspiration and her unique way of teaching as well as her personal approach and sincerity make her courses and trainings an unforgettable beginning of a new path in life.
